Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange process. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
